Parents are making an effort to talk to their kids about Internet safety, but children are still willing to talk to strangers on IM, post personal information about themselves on social networking sites, or be the target of online bullying, according to a Tuesday study from Cox Communications and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
